The airlines think the world owes them a favour and want saving because they can’t last a few weeks due to operating a cr@p business model. They use today’s revenue to pay yesterday’s debts. How many employees of these companies stop to think of the small business owner who’s facing an uncertain future?

As for O’Leary. Words fail me. He’s in the press saying various airlines are breaking EU Law by getting bailouts whilst sitting on a cash mountain of €4Billion yet sticking two fingers up to EU law by refusing passengers refunds. Given many people are in real need of cash they are owed in this current crisis this complete as*hole has zero moral compass.

I wouldn’t fly with his scummy airline based on previous but having treated my partners daughter to a ticket for a birthday present she wanted I’m now trying to get my cash back and have involved Mastercard as Ryanair are breaking EU law with their new refund policy of waiting 12 months instead of the legal 7 days.

Can only say Ryanair truly are the most contemptible bunch of lying scum I’ve encountered. Each email from them is designed to lie, frustrate the customer and to stick two fingers up to the EU law that O’Leary quotes when it suits him.

O’Leary is up there with Mike Ashley and a few others who have done nothing but look to exploit people in this current crisis.
