I foresee quite a few people turning up at their workplace first thing tomorrow morning when their workplaces won't be ready or safe for them. Operators of workplaces can't get them ready at such short notice
Preparations will be required first so for the govt to suggest this is to happen tomorrow isn't very well thought through.
It isn't just Covid prep either it's general workplace H&S such as heating, cleaning of kitchenettes, electrical checks,
Construction sites are no different and have many more hazards that need checking and making safe

Edit. I think it's actually the BBC who are saying tomorrow whereas Boz actually said 'when it Is safe to do so'

That’s what media do confuse people.

Some businesses have already been making changes though and some were already opening up tomorrow.
I’ve got a few coming back with hopefully the rest in the next few weeks
