Not the way I read it mate.

I read the margin of error to be teams who go up or down in league standing based on what they are now and ppg. So if Wycombe over took us via ppg nether of us could go up automatically but as we are second no matter how well you cook the books we will go up. It’s a creative way to save their own hide and give Peterborough a chance to go up and to be fair if this had been proposed at start instead of the BS two winner tournament the fat fryer and macdumbass came up with I’m sure as hell this would have passed already, but now you will have chairmen of clubs who have been insulted threatened and annoyed by ones wanting a vote for what should have been proposed in the start, I can’t see them agreeing purely because they have nothing to gain from agreeing but some jolly’s to gain from refusing
