I'm very happy to have him at the Albion and it's nice to see him getting respected by the fans. He has always worked hard and now is getting the results for his efforts.
He's a really sensible footballer who you know wont do something stupid. He's patiently uncomplainingly waited for his chance and took it and if he ends up back on the bench he will just get on with it with a great attitude. Managers dream.
He’s been extremely hard working this year and have been impressed with the effort he’s put in. I am not into sentiments though when players earn huge money so if West Brom get promoted - there’s no ifs or buts about it - he will not be good enough for the Premier League!
Totally agree baggieal. It’s great HRK has done some wonderful stuff for the NHS, he clearly seems switched on, off the pitch. I read he was also into some cryptocurrency some time ago. But as you say, if we get to the Prem we need a higher quality player who is going to bag us the goals. It’s simply another level to the Championship. We were foolish not to give Phillips an extra year, i doubt you can say the same if we didn’t offer HRK one (if his is due to expire).
Don't have a problem with the guy...better than some of the shysters that we've had in recent years...BUT...if I'd been earning tens of thousands a week for the past few years, then I'm sure that I could be equally philanthropic
I would totally keep him for the prem lads. Even if he doesn't start you can guarantee 100% from the guy from the bench, I could see him complement another striker also. It is well known that defenders hate playing against him. Score lots of goals? No. I really don't think that's his best asset, but he has plenty of other assets. Austin scored two cracking goals against Blues but doesn't put in the work rate that Kanu does. Give me Kanu over a fancy Dan any day. If he does go from the squad he will go with nothing but admiration from me.
