Peterhead, Elgin, Forfar & Clyde all rumoured to be against, which would kill it off straight away as 17 clubs from the lower leagues need to vote for the reconstruction.

It wont even get to a vote tbh. The season starts in under 8 weeks time. Its 12-10-10-10 next season and nothing will change now. Hearts will try take Spfl to court but will fail. Then they'll get promoted anyway next season.

Actually the Scottish leagues moved quite quickly and decisively compared to lower leagues in England where situation still not clear
