Just where did I say I justified it???

Wayne Rooney shags a granny prostitute..Ryan Giggs shags his brothers wife..John terry shags his former team mates wife..all rival fans take the piss..the dark arts of football banter which just for the record I don't get involved in but its hardly the fans fault for their sleazy actions is it???

And just what do you mean by 'some things don't change'?

Another swipe at our fans is my guess.

Oh dear..looks like we have a new age snowflake on our hands.

Do you want a hug love?

really hope we play out the full 9 games. I realize that we always find a way to bottle it but don't see that happening. it's our year and we need the momentum of winning it on the pitch rather than being given it by some formula. Huge difference going into the prem.

I really, really hope that KJA gets a lot of time and is as good as I think he will be. can't prove that sitting on the bench.

I think that Meslier will be really good and may be our solution at keep. Shades of young Kasper. he seemed to do fine in the prem.

Positive, negative.....thing is, does it really matter. And yes, genuine question, because........

For years we have dreamed of getting back where we deserve to be (and let's face it, most neutral observers have said as much), to play against top flight teams, not just here in the UK but internationally if we are good enough. We are well placed, although obviously not a done deal yet, so perhaps as Spaldy says, it is "our year", and so we succeed, we gain promotion after over a decade outside the top flight.......and then.......watching on TV as the price of tickets in a stadium that can no longer hold 44,000, but more like 20,000 make attandance at ER beyond the means of most. Unable, for the same reason, to travel to away games, as the same forces of economics will apply. Even if, through some earth-shattering gesture of benevolence, all the PL halved their prices, the crowds CANNOT be what they were, nor can the allocations for away games, which will impact Leeds supporters more than most. The days of hearing the roof raised (either being there, or at worst listening to the roar from afar on TV or radio) simply can't be the same.

A pyrrhic victory, coming too late to allow those who have yearned for promotion for so many years, and who, like me, probably don't have enough years left, to see us return to something like "normality" (if that is ever the case).

And its not just football, no more Last Night of the Proms, no more "Power in the Park", etc. the world seems bent on living "at a distance", for no good reason other than "an expert" told us to.

    not being difficult but...

    would KJA have played anyway?

at least we'll vet Meslier. he will be up for the challenge.

I'll take a contrary view on the stadium. Here in the US we have about half the states talking about opening up totally. we have riots going on with thousands jammed into small spaces yelling, screaming and burning stuff, we have beaches opening up with thousands of people and we even had a "protest race" where they packed the stands to watch a car race under the guise of a "protest". No problem in protesting packed like sardines but don't do anything that might be entertainment.

if we don't end up with 10's of thousands of cases from then the virus has likely played out. They can create the hysteria but if enough of us have been exposed it will play out. There sure is no social distancing going on and the big cities are nothing but open toilets right now since public restrooms are closed. People are pis*ing and *****ing in the streets and San Fransisco they've been doing it for several years now.

we may just get the games opened up in mid fall.
