they'll be saying not enough black managers get a chance next, here, infact what about Radio 1 advertising for positions stating 'only open to people from a black, Asian or non-white ethnic minority background.' no marches or statues were destroyed over that, could you imagine vice versa advert stating white only, OYF

..... and can you imagine if Dele Alli was white and the lad in the airport was black!! OYF, there would be absolute outrage, and quite rightly so.

There's no doubt what Dele Alli done was wrong but I didn't think his intention was racist, he was just trying to be a smart ar5e in front of his mates/followers.

Yeah but these quotas are to make things more equal. It's because these people have never had an equal chance before. How many CEOs are black, how many police chiefs are black, how many judges are black? I don't see a problem with people trying to make an unfair system fairer.

Whitfield spot on at initial note and the fact he wasnt really being racist but if he was white all hell would break loose. This PC **** needs dealt with but it wont be. see the firms out in london today. expect a lot more.

Why should anyone try to make things 'equal'? The application process should be open to everyone and the best candidate gets the job. You don't give it to a black person just because you feel sorry for them.
