I saw two news articles on this yesterday and both included the line that 5000 lives would have been saved in the UK if this treatment had been used from the outset. Let's just ignore that this is a new illness and it takes research and time to establish what it is, what it does and how it can be treated.

It has been very much in the news. Kerr's point is that, in his opinion, too much emphasis has been on the "why has it taken so long? " question, rather than focusing on the good news itself.
A government U-turn on school meal vouchers is a big story. The Rashford involvement is relevant and gives the subject the sort of popularity the public love, very much like the Captain Tom story

League one playoffs are in 2 and half week. 4 players from 2 clubs are positive. One club could have 3 main players self isolating for the next 2 week. Ie no training. Could be a huge disadvantage
