Lets look across the road for a bit of guidance.

Hartley did well at lowly Alloa moved on to Dens then after a decent start got sacked for leaving them in relegation trouble,he then moved onto a similar sized club Falkirk but that never went well either. He then when back to the tried and tested small club at Cove Rangers and did well again.

The Pundit on the other hand was shyte at SKY,shyte at Dens and more recently shyte on Radio Scotland. This bring's us to Jimmy Mac who did a decent job with Ross County with wee Billy as his No2 but he really made his mark at Dens without Doddsie and will always be remembered for delivering 10 in a row.

Back to the drawing board for the Texan's and they promoted from within by appointing their academy coach McPoke who the Derry faithful wanted sacked before a quarter of the season was played.

Maybe we shouldna bother looking over the road after all but i hope you enjoyed the story.

On seasons when Levein started as boss we finished 5th....5th.....and 3rd.
Plus basically his team won Cup following year. Think board should have a chat as a minimum.

Elvis has clearly left the building(thank phuck) as he now has us on the verge of going bust and has went public on a private conversation he had with Neilson in November 2019.

Much as I enjoyed Levein’s time at Tannadice he really sucked with Scotland and Hearts. It’s a no from me!

Honest mate as good as i am(very)i really havnie got the answer. What i will say IF our only ambition next season is survival in the Premiership then its a no brainer that Wright is the man to deliver.

I do agree with a lot of posters though that it will not be pretty to watch,Terence has it spot on with his assessment that many fans will not be happy with the fayre on offer.

We need to look at what Tommy did during lockdown J,he left his flat in Perth and returned home to his main residence in Northern Ireland. He then left the Saints by mutual consent denying himself a wage although he perhaps received a pay off.

There was already speculation linking him with the NI job and with no compensation now due and him living in that country it all looks set for him to take the post,it has not happened yet but that's probably because they have no games to play until at least October.

I would imagine that if they really want him we may hear something very soon with him now being the bookies favourite for the United job.
