Case now listed for Wednesday - few days before fixs are coming out for the next season !!

Let’s hope the judge throws the whole thing out or at least that hearts get restricted to a compo claim against the league, not involving United

Compo claim against the league will affect all the member clubs so therefore us too.

The fixtures should have been out by now,Iain Blair was on Sportsound yesterday and said as much,he never got involved with the Hearts case holding up his work but he did say United are in his team list.

Nice of hearts to ask staff to take cuts then go out and not only spent money on getting a new manager (with possibly more backroom staff on the way), Compensation of some sort for the previous manager and now spending what would be a decent wage on Craig Gordon. Nice touch.

Id be royally p***** off if i was an employee of the club asking to take these cuts while they are spending large chunks of money.

I wouldn't be surprised if united are possibly holding off appointing a manager until the verdict of wednesday happens. I.e not wanting to be caught out if it doesnt go our way

I doubt it will be over on Wednesday tbh and we can't wait much longer, new season a month away now.

Think Hearts could be pulling a fast one here. Offer Players a pay cut or move for free deal. So players take a free transfer and Hearts save on their wage bill without making deals for players to go.
Reduce the wage bill and get several players away.

Pretty sure the players would be able to refuse both options if they so wished, it's in breach of their contracts.

    Thinking for the hearing tomorrow.

Hearts potentially want to get some sort injunction to stop season starting and promotion. Say they get that and it stops season starting. It’s already damaging United massively to have this dragging on. If they get an injunction and stop the league are they then going to compensate all the clubs when eg the sky money doesn’t come in and we all can’t start the season.

I may be overthinking this but it could be tomorrow that their case to stop the season or stop promotion is thrown out but they can continue with their compo claim against the league?

Or ideally could the whole claim to be thrown out ?

Just hoping for some resolution here as sick of this going on and how it is affecting United
