    No Thankyou. This club is no longer a cosy pension plan.

    We will already have eight players 30 or over at the start of next season (assuming they all stay) which are O’Brien, Doyle, Turner, Bakayoko, Dennis, McClory, Slocombe and Thomas. That is enough.

    The likes of Wootton, Booty, Roberts who are on their way up will be key to taking the club up as they develop and grow along with a sprinkling of senior players aged 30 or above in the match day squad.
