Whilst I'm nervous about the outcome, I just really can't see that happening. It's going to create a world of **** that's never going to end. I seriously think that the rest of the league needs to be voting on punishment for these two and throwing them the **** out, surely that can be going on at the same time as this case? I've heard nothing whatsoever about the compliance officer lately?

When the arbitration panel sits, how can United, Raith and Cove defend what Doncaster did or didn't do with the vote, discussions with Nelms, emails, phone calls etc? How can we be held accountable for his actions? As has been said before, this dispute is between Budge and the SPFL.
Also, United have been training for several weeks with a view to the premiership starting on 1 August against St. Johnstone; and if we're to go back to the championship what do the players do until October, and how many of the current squad would want to stay another season in the championship? Would a bonus for winning last year's championship have to be returned? Would potential loss of earnings to the club/players be compensated? A huge can of worms would be opened!!

If budge loses then watch for the fire in the tynecastle main stand and the inflated insurance claim.

Financially relegation will be very harmful to them, the same as to every other side that has accepted relegation in the past.

I think even if Hearts/Partick win the case it will just be a compensation payout they will get and there won't be any change to the leagues

One of two things are likely to happen.

    1. Hertz & thistle get compo (not the 10m there gibbering on aboot though)

    2. The SFA step in and force through reconstruction, promoting bora & kelty to make 14-10-10-10.

No way will we be in championship next season.

Option 3 which no-one could argue with is to restart with current positions on 1st Aug, finish this season and shorten next season by playing each other once home and away then split, scrap the irn bru challenge, scrap any replays, call a halt to the courts and use the money for testing players etc, can't be much of a difference in cost.

We get to win championship twice, hearts get booted to f uck by the other Premier clubs, what's not to like

Can't restart the season, UEFA wanted all leagues finished by 3 August

I am not sure SFA have the power to force reconstruction. It comes under SPFL jurisdiction.
