Nothing is mandatory here though. Even when they had a “lockdown” it was all up to personal choice. There’s something in the Japanese constitution that prevents a government from ordering people what to do. From ww2 I think. So it’s all down to common sense and taking responsibility.

Managed to find the Raith fund raiser last night,its been an expensive but very fruitful week troops.

Cove are well on target for the 5k they are trying to raise and Raith have raised around 3.5K.To be fair to the Rovers fans though they have another crowd fund to support where they have raised over 52K.

I noticed loads of Arabs have supported both of these club's with donation's.
