AJ and GB put it much better than me. But Peter your begging bowl is out already. I want to see every club survive. Apart from hearts and thistle. In the worst possible scenario these two clubs want to ruin anyone in their way. Sympathy went a long time ago. Despite our rivalry if this case causes your team distress i personally would try an help out. Well i am as this case WILL potentially kill clubs.

Tbh i will make you buckets for this. I will try and make sure no club is fvcked over bu chuckies bride and some bint from maryhill. Dundee would lose circa 200k in prize money/tv money if they win. Hence why we are challenging.

Does no one else see this?? Ok yes we are fighting for out promotion after being dragged into it but jesus we asked for help because of the 10 million. Can you trust spfl? No thats why we are leading this.

Where does the figure of £10 million come from??? Celtic only got £3 million for winning the league...now given that the court have put it back to Scottish football to sort out there is surely no way they could award over 3 times what Celtic got as champions

Uhm, Hearts demanding £8m and Partick want £2m…? 8 + 2 = 10? That was my understanding.

It's been in the media for weeks that Hearts and Partick want their relegation stopped or they want to be awarded compensation for making the drop which they see as unfair.

Pretty substantial prize though - £2m for each game that Hearts won.

It comes from the papers served in the court of session,there is a breakdown on Jambo's Kickback.Mind you their financial analysis could have been written next door mate,its all over the shop so to speak.

All due respect to the guys, and they deserve it, but it's not really the time to be encouraging crowds to gather, for whatever the reason.

There is a planned reception for all the guys involved,mind that includes the Cove and Raith supporters walking to Tannadice the same day.It will obviously be a socially distanced event.

If other fans are involved in a welcome event my suggestion would be a socially distanced lining of the streets they will walk on in Dundee.We should also include the Cove boys route to the North of Tannadice.

I would imagine the Raith boys will be on the same route as the Arabs.

It's worth bumping this one back up the list Peter should have a wee look at this.

This case could really hurt EVERY club in Scotland and think this is thing that supporters of other teams need to realise.

Neil Doncaster was on the BBC a few months back and actually spoke really well about why they had to come to this conclusion. Sky have an interest too in the season being called as Doncaster effectively had to renegotiate with the broadcast partners to ensure they were ok with the new deal despite not being able to provide the remaining games they were contractually obliged to. The SPFL(ie. all the clubs) was due to pay them compo....but also had just negotiated a new increased deal for the following seasons.

Not to mention Wee Nicola couldnt confirm a start date, Boris was happy to gamble sign off on an early restart despite there still being 139 deaths the other day in the rest of UK.

Yeah I get what Hearts and Patrick have asked for and I get they want compensated for what they consider their unjust relegation but if the top prize is £3million then surely the football authorities who are now dealing with it cannot award such a sum...well done on your arithmetic by the way...very impressive 🍉🍉🍉
