The gamer lasts 90 minutes, we have been the better team in the second half throughout the last half dozen games, I disagree about more passion BTW, So, unlike you I will hold fire on the moaning and groaning until the 90 minutes ARE UP,

But then, that has been the diffeerence between you and most on here all season, zero patience, and very little sympathy to the cause.

I will reserve my opinion until the game is done and we have seen how we do second half .... and yes they have started well - but thats to be expected given their position - its sh it or bust for them,

You think Bielsa will be giving the players a warm cuddle and SYMPATHY?????

After slagging off Stuick I thought he was outstanding the rest of the game. And fair play to Bielsa for having the balls to throw him in. But it begs the question, what other talent is there in the u23s that haven't had a sniff this season.?

We don't know as he doesn't play them and he came in supposedly to the idea he builds and plays the young ones.
Could have played him from the start and let White play his usual game as he was unsighted. Why on earth would he play Useless Berardi I would never know. Plays Roberts midfield and he is more useless than Berardi in that position.
Anyway, the pundits will tell you were are on top and that's all that matters.

A couple of seasons ago, we would have lost this game, added to which, we are always playing last and having to perform knowing what the others have done. I'm not sure it was our worst game more that Barnsley played really well and deserved to win. I have lost count of the number of times we have played well and come away with f*"k all, so it's about time we have the rub of the green. I think we had Cherry, Hunter and Big Jack in the defence tonight, helping us back to the promised land, so no negatives, we are going back to where we belong.

He fked up after comming on but after that he didn’t put a foot wrong.

Thought that we were poor in defence tonight. Poor performance from Ayling. Most of the team looked tired. Hope they play better against Derby on Sunday. Might have to give Shackleton a go and move Ben White back into defence. Worth a try as we don't have to win. Barnsley insisted on shooting low to Meslier. Still hasn't conceded a single goal, low,. I think once they shape the shot low, they look and see Meslier and the shot goes wide. Even if on target he would have got them. Not so great with the swerving ball in the air.

I thought Barnsley played really well and looked up for it. They definitely deserved a draw but how many times have we deserved to win 4 - 0 and either drawn or lost? Their attacking should (in theory) have presented us with a lot more chances as a result of an open game - no idea why we weren't able to take advantage.

I though that White was (as ever) excellent. Even as a midfielder he skipped through 2 tackles and then slotted agreat ball forward. Cooper and Berardi did well and our keeper is so much better than the Clown watching from the stands. Roberts and Costa as average as ever and Bamford with his standard misses but deserves credit for the assist.

I agree with previous comments that the referee was excellent - certainly compared to some of the other dross we have seen recently.
