Completely agree...something to do with a ‘force majeure’ apparently, but you’re more likely to understand such legalistic terminology.
I have no idea and, as you say, it’s an ‘absolute rule’...go into administration and you know the price.

But, are Wigan arguing that they have been victims of a betting scam, which was passed by the EFL?
