Im just glad this whole thing is over regarding us. the result is the main thing but it still has affected us too much already. since this whole thing with hearts started, Our manager jumped ship, preparations for the season have been difficult, new manager came in, thousands of pounds worth of money thrown towards legal costs, all while during a global pandemic.
That's why this season should be all about survival imo. This has been rumbling on for so long that its taken to less than a week before the season starts before being confirmed a Premiership club again. This has resulted in a lack of signings (which could come now) but we have no chance to bed any in with pre-season games and a new manager who has to deal with what hes got.
Hearts were right to defend their position i felt, fight their case but once they brought us, Raith and cove into the proceedings then they lost any sympathy. They have had numerous chances to save themselves, on the park and off it. They then went down the legal route which has hugely backfired on them and could get even worse for them if any fines or point deductions are placed on them.
Just glad this is over so we can now look forward properly to the new season.

Tom sounded shot to pieces."Promotion's confirmed,no ten million of compensation and legal costs being discussed."
Joint Statement by Heart of Midlothian FC and Partick Thistle FC:
“As all Parties have been requested not to comment on the tribunal’s decision or reveal details of the hearings on the grounds of confidentiality, all we can only say is how disappointed and surprised we are at the outcome.
“We don’t regret taking this action as it was the right thing for us to do. There were better ways to deal with ending the season, fairer ways other than putting the burden of a pandemic on to three clubs.”
So you thought it was better to put the burden onto another 3 clubs and scottish football as a whole. SCUM
Just a thought, but as Hearts fans will Undoubtedly be boycotting their matches with Raith, perhaps and if fans are allowed in by then, we may see a few United fans in attendance instead? Providing we're not playing at the same time obviously. Be good to get stuck into Robbie for a couple of hours 😂
