It would be helpful if a salary cap was put on all clubs outside the Prem and the Prem clubs all agreed to put £10m into a £200m fund to be dished out amongst the other 70 clubs on a pro rate basis in regards to each club’s average attendance and turnover.

A minimum of £1m per club and if they can’t live on that in Leagues 1 and 2 then that’s their own problem.

The Prem should be helping though.

Maybe if each Prem club “adopted” a club from each of the other divisions and worked with them with players and funding it would help now and in the future.
Mick a few years back a League 1 player lived a few doors away and whilst there my lad's football club had a matchday experience including a tour of the stadium where we were told the salary for a player was £100-150k! Nice idea for the PL to donate, probably needs to be a lot more and player wages to be capped there too.

If there's no fans allowed WCV then the televised money from the Premier/Championship should help fund those clubs who are reliant on match days funds. It's only fair! To be honest after seeing a brilliant match today - Harrogate v Notts County the football is more entertaining and wow - there's some talent out there! My view is - if you are deadly in front of goal does it matter which division it is - as you are either ruthless or a donkey!
