However, i think the muscle issues are a deal breaker for us. MB trains them really hard. He'd be broken down too much and that weekly salary is awful rich for another KJA or Douglas.

Hoping that MB has another White or Shack in the pipeline. wouldn't mind seeing another old timer signed for center defense at less cost

Another player like White is clearly a priority if we don't get him. Hopefully Bielsa has identified one somewhere like he did White in the first place.

Stones has a lot of the necessary qualities, but the lack of reading of the game, and the regular calamities would just put us back into significant points loss territory as a result of repeated individual errors that we've just managed to come out of. White's a much better player, and his England career will begin this year, whoever he's playing for.

Nothing new there as we have been doing than over then last few seasons and last couple days we pick up a couple of leftovers.
In fairness to Leeds through some of the prices flashed at us I would be not buying either.

Maybe, but the season opens in less than four weeks, and anyone who thinks we can wait until close that date for new signings is living in cloud cuckoo land. If we don't have proven PL-capable signings by the end of August, we will struggle to get any that might come in after that time in shape and "Bielsafied" (just look at what happened to JKA when he was expected to get fit for once) for seasons start. If we wait until AFTER the season begins, e are simply giving those players who got us into the PL a millstone of likely poor results and chasing points that ought not to be necessary.
