Don't assume that every independence supporter is also an SNP voter.
Scotland benefits to the tune of c10bn a year from being in this ‘Union’.

Be proud of an achievement, not of the way you vote.

And the UK economy benefits to the tune of how much from Scotland? Balance?

We need a fiscal transfer to provide the services we currently do in Scotland.

This shows exactly what the problem is. We spend about £10bn more than we raise in taxes, every year. If the SNP had a plan to reduce that deficit to zero, they might have more credibility with those who don't want independence because of the financial hardship it will cause.

My pride is in the fact that I didn't fall for the UK propaganda, rushing the big guns up to tell us all how awful it would be without Mother England and how we'd never see Coronation Street again.

Worst of all we'd have to re-apply for EU membership as we'd automatically be out - oh, wait a minute.

...but you fell for the White Paper propaganda?

Had we voted yes in 2014 we would’ve been out of the EU.

The SNP controlled Scottish Government’s White Paper was in fact a ‘wish list’ which was never going to happen.
