I hope Billy is not infringing rules about not being allowed to have a stake in more than one club in the same country.
His boss Paul is on a crusade fighting poor governance in this country and will deplore this.
I'd love to be in the room when Billy informs Klopp that his Spreadsheet Data Recruitment System is taking over at Anfield and decisions on new recruits should now be run through him.
