What the f’uck is going on?

I’m in the bread shop, the loaf is £2.50

I put three pound coins down on the counter and the quine looks at me as if I had asked her to show me her paps.

“Haven’t you got the right money, I can’t give you change” she says while holding a tupperware box full of change.

As it happens I managed to get the 50p made up out of 10s and 5s, so I put that down and pick up one of the pound coins.

Is that good enough?

She won’t pick it up, so I have to put it into the tupperware myself.


.....and this is before I have tried to actually drive anywhere in my home town.
