As you say James time is now of the essence , if both Norwood and Safranko are non starters , MM and TA need to get finger out pronto , the decent start bought a bit of time , that is now running out , we all know where team needs strengthened . No way can you expect to go from now even till Christmas with the team as it is

Looking like it’s dead - apparently Safranko’s Club have done a u turn and now only want a permanent transfer and not a loan. Puts him way out of our price bracket immediately.

Im getting concerned at the lack of signings, we've had a few weeks to get something tied up but here we are away to start again against the huns and no strengthening

Agree mate. Clear signs from start of season that we need to strengthen. I’m hoping it’s not going to go down to the wire before we sign someone. We all know what quality signings come in at the 11th hour.

With what we've got I think we can be 10th or better this season - next season we can try for the dizzy heights. Can I put it this way - had Neilson still been our manager with the same C'ship squad I'd be really concerned. There's a new-look team under Mellon & it's only going to get better.
