She might be a bit disappointed mind.

    I don’t claim to be a hero.
People who do definitely aren’t either

I've already stated that I don't like to go on about it but to clear things up - I am a hero and you are not. You worked for a company that had enough turnover to put political pressure on the government to allow them to keep operating. Essential work in writing only.

I chose to brave the covid ridden streets of Edinburgh delivering warm food to people who were too slow to grab the last pack of mince from the bereft shelves of Asda at the start of the outbreak. I was the only option for people too scared to venture outside.
You'll always be a #hero to me Mondo.

It was not the front line of the fight against the pandemic.

To claim to be a hero because you were a supermarket delivery person or indeed supporting the vulnerable with supplies is laughable and let me be very clear, you weren’t the only one supporting the local communities with charitable support, as many of us were doing our bit.

You were a good citizen, as many of us were, but to claim to be a hero, give me a ****ing break.
None of us were putting our lives at risk like the true heroes fighting the pandemic.
You seem very reluctant to show me the respect that I and many other heroes deserve. I can't work out why.

People die if they don't eat. People can't get food if they can't get out to the shops or if the shops have no food left. If it wasn't for me delivering staple foods like king prawn chow mein, lamb rogan josh and 14" meat feast pizzas the covid death count would be much higher.

    Hero.

Yep. The only people relentlessly discussing independence are unionists, as they have absolutely nothing else to say. The SNP have done next to nothing to advance it since the referendum. I think there’s a few at the top end of the party that are not that fussed.

There’s some very staunch posters on here. Yapping away about how much they hate huns, while voting Tory & wearing brown brogues. Odd bunch
