ps I'm not the slightest bit interested in politics but can understand why many people are.
To counter things I disagree with like I said. If people don't put stuff on here that is contentious I won't contend it. So you are not interested in politics fair enough but politics are not one sided. I am over them like a rash because I disagree with what the posters are saying. How many posters challenge me when I post political points. Why not have a go at them for being all over me like a rash? Sometimes i Have 4 or 5 posters contending what I have posted before I have had a chance to reply. Why should they be able to do this but not me? You say you are not political but your bias in this way shows you are...you challenge my views but not theirs. Why is this? Surely if you were not political you would just keep away from the political threads altogether.

Constantly looking for a reaction, how sad. I disagree with a lot of stuff on here but don't contest it.... why do you feel the need to? I read the political threads because they are often funny, not that it's any of your business. I usually just laugh at your sad posts but slagging a bloke off who takes the trouble to mod this site from thousands of miles away and on a different time zone is your saddest post of all.

Because I feel it is wrong and misleading or I wouldn't challenge it. Just as other posters jump on me presumably because they think I am wrong or misleading. Certain views affect the lives of millions when they are expressed thru the ballot box. Why do political parties campaign before elections? Why do they contest the other parties policies?

Why are the political threads funny when the content of them affect the lives of millions of people the world over? Which bits are funny?

You laugh at my sad posts but not others? Again that makes you political. Why are my posts sad but not say gfires?

I think you are more political than you make out. Maybe you don't realise it. Everybody is political. They ll have political views. I presume you vote or you have a reason for not voting if you don't.

I just get the feeling you don't like my political opinions. Thats fair enough but that makes you political .. you are taking a side..in this case not mine...

You say you have a gun and say you will protect your property that makes you political, What about gun laws? What would you say if they stopped your right to bear arms?

You must truly live in a bubble in the states Sota if you can't see what I'm saying.

By the way I have apologised to Cam which you haven't noticed for some reason.

Thought I had. In which case I would like to apologise to cam for inferring he was showing bias as a moderator on here. In light of what he subsequently posted I have obviously misunderstood the posts he made. I recognise he is doing a difficult job and that he is doing his best not to show bias as a moderator. I hope that my apology is accepted cam and we can move forward in a positive way.

Good lad. You say that I have a gun, how do you know if I have or I haven't? You don't know and neither does a would be burglar. I guess he would have to find out. Can't see what politics have to do with that.

Thanks Roly and thanks to everyone for their comments. I just try to moderate by letting people have their opinions and only really stepping in when the abuse gets out of hand or somebody posts something that I believe doesn't belong. Just because I leave something up doesn't mean I agree with it.

Think you told us once on here. I may be wrong. If you have it is a political act that allows you to bear arms. You have made a conscious choice to accept that right. Bear in mind that recent shootings in colleges etc and the gun control lobby makes gun usage a hot potato politically at the moment. Even if you don't bear arms it could also be argued that you have made a political decision not to. E.g. because you feel the need to support gun control yourself.
