Curiously, Notts carried on as normal when Nottingham was hit by the small pox epidemic in the 1870s.

Yeah players will be paid on a week to week basis but im sure that once a ball has been kicked in the league contracts then begin.

Im going off what the likes of Boreham Wood and Dover chairmen said in the last few months.

It is why they dont want to start without fans hopefully something is done to make it happen but im not confident it will.

Its not just us its only a matter of time before league 1 or 2 clubs are in deep trouble with this news.

I was of this mindset, but if the quality of the streams was like the recent games on YouTube I would be willing to pay per game. If there was the glitches during the live streams like for the 10 mins in the second half at Telford I would quickly lose interest in pay per view games.

Nothing would replace the experience of going to the Lane, but if I got to watch Notts via a live stream whilst the games are BCD that would be better than nothing, and if it put a few quid into County's coffers and kept them in business all the better.

    Hi All

I’ve said many times on here, well a few anyway, that I only get to a couple of games a year at best because I live in Belfast. I loved it when we could pay to watch the Tuesday games and I’d buy a season ticket for a full service. There’s a sea between me and Notts; I’ve always needed a streaming service. I listen to every game on the app. Which is part of the iFollow platform and I’m assuming those that are overseas are able to watch the games on it? Was that still a thing after relegation to the NL?

I would have thought the main issue would be for other NL clubs getting the onsite hardware and staff to operate it? Those cameras must be expensive. I’ve always assumed that when we’ve had access to streamed games it’s because the club has paid for the necessary infrastructure. Anybody know how it actually works?

I mean if I’m listening to the games on iFollow and overseas folk (Other than those in Ireland) are watching them then surely the NL already has an IT solution?

Also, if I lived on the other side of the border would I be able to watch the streams of the games? Anybody down south watching them?

Anyway, if they make a streaming service available I’ll buy a season ticket to it!

They're saying might be March at the earliest now they have fans back after their meeting today. Might as well get on with the season, try and sort and pay per view online. Some clubs will go out of business it sounds like but can't stop the whole system because of that as bad as that sounds.

Agree with this, it's horrible for those that fall by the wayside and it could still so easily be Notts, but at the end of the day running a football club at our level is still no different to running a business from a financial perspective and there are many more businesses lost to this epidemic than football clubs so far.

There was no video on iFollow last season for us overseas subscribers, just the Charlie Slater commentary. I watched last night via VPN and the quality was great on a laptop. I’d definitely pay for a virtual season ticket, even if only for the home games.

I watched the game last night using the youtube app via my sky box. Had to reduce the quality as it wasn't refreshing quickly enough and look a tiny bit stuttery. Was ok after reducing quality but then a bit blurry but was just grateful I could watch the game. I should really have tried casting from my phone or iPad or maybe connecting to hdmi via lightning adapter rather than using the app on sky.

I'm definitely at the back of the queue where technology is concerned, in fact I thought a VPN was where you could see the shape of a woman's knickers through her trousers. I did however manage to watch the game last night via YouTube on a 50" smart TV. The picture quality was pretty good, but I wouldn't want to watch a repeat.
