Let’s hope the National League decide not to start the season until fans are allowed back

    Absolutely clueless.
I thought there might be some progress match to match, but we still can't create anything. We can't pass to our own players, it's a shambles.
We will be a dream to play against.

Yes in normal circumstances 100% but where are we going to get the money from to pay 6 months of his contract off ????

People seem to be forgetting we have pretty much zero income coming in.

The season may not start yet and probably a good chance of null & void once Covid deaths rise in the next few months.

Well that’s two defeats this week. One against the team that beat us in the playoff final and are now in League Two and had played extra games. The other a team that had a good season in the league below and who have not played any league games yet.

We have probably learned more this week than after Ilkeston, Telford and Alfreton.

In both games this week we have looked slow going forward, poor creatively and our lack of attacking threat is concern. We might have had more possession than the opposition but it’s not been effective yet. The passing in the final third has not been great and has been somewhat sloppy.

Let’s hope they've got it out of their system and areas can be worked on and resolved ready for next weekend.

Right now I can’t see us going to Dover and putting our mark of intent for this season to aim to be champions by the last two showings. I remain hopeful we can and do next week.

Knowles at least put a shift in. Could be useful coming on with 15-20 minutes to go. Elisha Sam looked lost out there, and the game passed Rodrigues by.

All three goals were bad, but the second and third were particularly shocking. Middle of the park is a major concern. Jim O’Brien did nothing in 90 minutes, Reeves nothing in 45, ditto Doyle. It’ll be a physical battle at Dover, and we don’t look up for it.

Based on the two games I’ve seen this week, we are a long way from looking like a decent bet for promotion. The opposite, in fact.

And we had the nerve to laugh at Forest

On 50 minutes plus Notts had eleven players in their own penalty area and were lucky not to concede a penalty. As today's game was indeed a dress rehearsal we should eagerly look forward to the "Abbot and Costello" show in Dover next week.

I'm so deflated and frustrated. Why is being a Notts fan such hard work?

I think that deep down we all know that we are going nowhere under this management team.
