He isnt going to do that, he said so after the game. When asked about players who werent in the squad he said “they think theyre ready but im not making changes just to give them game time on the pitch” its a ridiculous thing to say. We have lost our last 3 games conceding 5 scoring none. One has to ask what has to happen to make changes, why have we got 4 centre backs and i cant see players just sitting around waiting weeks for a game even though the favoured 11 arent winning

Something went off betwixt Ardley and Dennis, perhaps similar to the troubles with Aborah and Fullarton?

Ardley is not going to change anything, his time at the club shows us that

, he is a one trick pony, negativity in respecting the point, has no plan B, most of the time it seems the players don,t even know what they are supposed to be doing, does,nt like bringing subs on, will stick with his favourite players like doyle or o brien no matter what

Along with one of last season's play-off contenders Barnet who lost 1 - 5 to Eastleigh.

Barnet have lost all their decent players from last season.

Which is more obviously becoming the reason why we were able to beat them in the playoffs.

Spot on...hes had a season and a half...
The reason he should go is the manner of our defeats , draws and style of play...we are no further forward.
I dont mind a defeat it's the way lose, played of the park, not creating any or few chances
I was looking for reasons why he should stay I'm not seen any convincing ones as yet.
Give him 10 games if you like, but his style wont change it hasn't in a season and a half..
Why waste 10 games, Dover summed his capabilities up in 90 minutes.

The big difference is that Barrow had a manager who got the best out of his squad rather than inhibited them.

Yes ive changed my mind, Ardley you're a looooser maaaan, we should be ripping teams like ben dover a new one, but how can we with Mr cautious? WTF is Enzio doing on the bench and Jim O'Donkey grazing on the wing for goodness sake.
