Exactly, but they will seek to make the breach of contract issue survive the transfer of the player. I'll believe we're out from under when RB Leipzig say we are.

Yeah but pretty hard now that they no longer have the player - would have to prove loss etc - it now makes their case that much harder.

If they won then we could also ask for the player and they can no longer deliver him too.
