    Don't know who to believe but the fact the german club won't let it rest and are prepared to go to court means something.
    From what I have read the deal was initial loan and buy out clause if we got promoted. First thing we did was send him back which was a no no and secondly didn't buy him like we said we would.
    Anyway it's in the courts now i hope the fee doesn't increase

    So if you borrow something and it breaks down or doesn’t work, does that mean you have to keep it then?

    Yes because by signing a contract it is your responsibility to what happens. If I borrowed something and it was working and broke down in my care than I have the decency to repair it or get a new one to hand back but that's just me and how I was brought up. If I was buying it I would make sure it worked before I bought it lol
    I presume he did and passed a medical either way it's all on us.
