1st of all, there is a certain level of uniformity that exists in European leagues. Everyone plays 38 games. Was the plan for this proposal to be adopted by all European leagues? I certainly didn't read anything of the sort. This plan would have consolidated power in a few clubs and it would be almost impossible even after several years, for anyone to challenge them after being promoted. The only good thing about the plan is getting rid of Charity shield.

Why is dropping the charity shield any good, it' only 1 game, some good moments (Bremner v Keegan 74, 4-3 v Liverpool 92)

Money goes to charity and the clubs who compete in 1st Round of FA Cup

We are the last club to compete as Football League Champions.
