Massively damaging to the salary cap too so a double whammy. The only saving grace is his deal is structured in a way that he can be cut this year, & every year from now on so thank fuuck for that.

It is fair to say that he started very well & has definitely suffered from the ACL he did a couple of years ago as he’s not been the same player since.

It’s also fair to say he’s made of balsa wood though. A franchise QB, as well as being talented, always plays - Wilson, Brady, Rodgers, Favre back in the day etc.

Jimmy G gets taken out by a stiff breeze - no use.

I’ll be amazed if he’s still our QB next season. If he is, we’re winning fuuck all.

All that said, the decision to trade Buckner looks more & more silly every week too...
