The question asked when logging in (to make sure yer not a robot) is ....
How was the top scorer in World Cup 2018 ?
Does that make sense to anyone - because it doesn’t make sense to me !!!
Plus - when trying to log in it says it has sent you an email for you to reset the password but that email never arrives.
If yer log out you will see what I mean - but don’t because you will not be able to get back.
It’s very frustrating.

I presume you are an administrator on here.
I’m using my iPad.
I’m trying to log in again through my iPhone - but I can’t because:
1) I have forgotten my password - but even after requesting several times, the log in facility is not sending me an email for me to reset my password.
2) As part of the log in process you are asked a question - presumably to identify the person is genuine - the question is ‘How was the top scorer in World Cup 2018 ?
I have tried to answer the question but it is not being accepted.

Please advise.

That question its apparently asking you though about the top scorer in the World cup is very weird!.

If you are part of Admin on here - then could you ask the powers that be to check that the emailing service to change your password is working correctly - and ask them to alter the question section to something that can be understood.
