Sums up the political assassination of Corbyn, better than I ever could...

What funny papers you read BT,
The Equality and Human Rights Commission, set up by the last Labour government, rule so decisively that what Jews had been saying all along was true. Its findings could scarcely be more damning
Jeremy was the leader who allowed this to continue, the leader who never lead, but wanted the party to tell him what to do and get the public to give him questions for Westminster. The man is an amoeba who changes shape at will to keep everyone on board. I’m sure he us a decent man, but a weird one, one other leaders could not trust,
Starmer is cold clinical and divisive, and in the Blair mould, I agree with you labour and antisemitism will still be linked for a long time.
Deputy leader Angela Rayner now being investigated for anti-semitism, fair-dos they are attempting to drain the swamp.
Jesus Christ does this circus never end?
The Equality and Human Rights Commission is a toothless, some would say useless non-departmental public body in England and Wales, established by the Equality Act 2006 with effect from 1 October 2007.
The Commission has responsibility for the promotion and enforcement of equality and non-discrimination laws in England and Wales. It took over the responsibilities of the Commission for Racial Equality, the Equal Opportunities Commission and the Disability Rights Commission.
It also has responsibility for other aspects of equality law: age, ***ual orientation and religion or belief. A national human rights institution, it seeks to promote and protect human rights in England and Wales.
Scotland does not share the enthusiasm for this toothless tiger and have gone about setting up their own Equality and Human Rights Commission in Scotland.
Taking a leaf right out of the Labour Party’s handbook, the Scots aspire to work to eliminate discrimination, reduce inequality, protect and promote human rights, build good relations between people and ensure that everyone has a fair chance to participate in society.
I have no idea how it has been allowed to create massive division in domestic political parties.
I wouldn't say it's toothless or useless BT, it's forced Labour to address the institutional anti-semitism in the Party, got Corbyn suspended and Raynor under investigation. Not a bad outcome for a so-called 'toothless' organisation I'd say.
But you do exaggerate it's powers when you say it's created a massive division in the Labour Party, no it hasn't, that division has always been there, it's just brought it out into the open for a while. All that's occurring now is the unedifying spectacle of the loony left fighting like rats in a sack, nothing new there, just another day at the office in the Labour Party.
You also say it was established by the Equality Act 2006, just remind me which political party was responsible for promoting and passing said Act into law in 2006. I suspect it was your Labour Party, but I could be wrong, you'll know.
