How did I know you'd question this?

It is pretty simplistic to follow. It is the the final result that counts no matter what minute the game finishes because it has to conclude on that day.

I thought it was a reasonable question as it didn't seem clear. I'm guessing that penalties scored also count towards goals then

I'm with you on this cam. so as I see it no game can finish as a draw.

and these five can't? or if you're referring to the FA Cup games. no they can't hence why I said chose your winners carefully.

    Everton v Man Utd
    Crystal Palace v Leeds Utd
    Birmingham v Bournemouth
Rotherham Utd v Preston North End
    Sheff Weds v Millwall

I'm beginning to think the penalty goals idea wasn't such a bad one as it might at least shake some of the old farts who are set in their ways to branch out a bit and go big

CAM, you'll never get Cayton to budge from his favourite '24' as it has paid dividends well for him so far. He tried it once and failed so he's reverted back to his magical 24 formula.

So it could finish 10-9 on penalties that would be 19 goals plus the 90min score or the score before the pens.

To answer both your questions, we will take the winning team and goals that were scored up to the Ref blowing for the end of the original game.

Goals from penalties will not count from any shoot out towards the 'goal tally' or it could get really silly and no one would be in a chance of winning the extra bonus points. Hope that clarifies everything.
