    The letter is spot on and 100% correct in my view.

    The mandate was made clear the money was to cover lost revenue from gate receipts. So why did the national league or whoever change that core mandate?

    It’s a breech of faith trust and goodwill and clubs have a right to be aggrieved and angry. Especially if clubs started the season on the premise of what they thought they would be getting.

    Hopefully it will be resolved and revert to the format that it was intended before the next round of payments.
