I fail to understand why in the 21st Century it takes the Yanks so long to count the votes and announce the result.
The American presidential elections should be brought up to date with postal votes only being accepted up to the day of polling.
They should also stop this nonsense of publishing a running total of the votes counted.
The result for each state should only be announced after all the votes have been verified and counted.

Think there is much more going on in the way US organise their elections. Postal votes are fine but how do you know that there has not been a system in place to use the voting papers on behalf of the voter. We had a problem in England, I think, where local community leaders organised the votes for their immu city members.

There is ample evidence of postal voting fraud in the UK, not least with Brexit and the indy referendum in 2014 where thousands of ballots were left uncounted. You can see how it's easy to do here with unionists doing the counting and a phukking tory in charge of postal votes. But in these Republican states, you'd imagine they'd be very keen to make sure there are no irregularities, signatures have to match for starters. And who is collating ballots from dead people, is there a conspiracy with funeral directors intercepting the post
