    That's a very favourable group. Israel can f*ck off though. Sick of the sight of them.

    Agree about Israel mate,it will still be very difficult but in a group i went to every game in we had France,Italy and the Ukraine so i will take what we got today.
    At that time with the teams i mentioned i think they were world cup winners,runners up and quarter finalists!,and we nearly qualified.

    I think you're right - never did work out how that happened. How do you get the world cup winners and runners up in the same qualifying group?

    Thought it could have turned out a lot worse, happy with that. First game is Austria home on 25th March with Israel away 3 days later.
