As one of them OC, how did you vote last time, and how will you vote in the next one ?

On Brexit I voted leave, on Scottish independence I voted and campaigned with Jo Swinson to say No.
Jo is not here now, the Libdems lost the seat so I don’t know who will lead a No campaign if there is a referendum.

The crucial vote will be in May for the Scottish Parliament and I asked the Lib Dem’s if they would agree with other parties to put forward one candidate against the SNP for No, but they won’t do it, so the No vote will be split into three and gift the SNP their majority.

Whether she gets her wish is another matter.

Can I send you a paddle up OC? My favourite all time quotation from any politician ever came from Jo Swinson, "Let's get ready for government".

59er actually believed in it too. I have not asked him recently, but I guess sinkov is still splitting his sides and still laughing...

She lost my vote over Brexit and was very naive.

I agree with the naive bit OC.

We were actually leading in the polls until we decided to do the revoke thing.

Then she announced that she was standing before us as a candidate for PM. She obviously was, but it came across as arrogant, which people hate.

Then we tanked in the polls.

Pity, because she had some great attributes.

To be honest I much preferred her to OC's mate currently running Jockland. Now there is a tw@t of the first order. I'm hoping Alex can bring her down, but she's slippery as an eel, almost said a sturgeon, he'll have his work cut out.

If you Google sturgeon, in the section that appears below, 'People also ask', the 3rd question down is 'are sturgeon's dangerous' ? Yes they bloody well are would be my reply to that.

Swinson studied at the London School of Economics, and briefly worked in public relations, before being elected to the House of Commons, becoming the youngest MP at the time. Lack of real life work experience was her real problem. Becoming leader seemed to go to her head, the breastfeeding stunt didnt help as it was clearly contrived. She lost here only by 149 votes, had she not brexited she would have had enough votes Im sure.
I found her personable, Ed Davey seems to be going nowhere fast, rarely features on TV. Don’t see a way back, unsure who is the candidate for May, our SNP MSP has been ill with cancer so things are quiet here politically.
