    Im not angry with him. he is doing his best...
    BUT his best is nowhere near good enough at this level.
    Whos fault is that ?
    Mens against boys, its the story of the season.
    This squad was never ever going to stand a prayer, we all knew it
    Maybe Lai will allow Sam to do what Bilic should have done and looked for proven prem players with some life in them, and not rely on rookie potentials.
    Bilic got it all wrong when he thought many of last seasons squad could step up. Most of our experienced players are passed it and the hopefulls are hopeless !
