    Vs Barnsley

The Facebook group is reporting that our match against Judville on the 29th has been postponed.

I can't see any confirmation of this any where as of yet.

Getting a bit silly now. Surely someone is capable of making a decision. Barnsley must be getting seriously annoyed.

More than likely be more testing on Monday morning with a decision and announcement to follow.
EFL will be doing its utmost to get games played.
They won't want a backlog of fixtures especially if positive testing spikes in the new year.

Players lives are far more important than any game of football. It takes as long as it takes and Barnsley should show patience.

If we took the EFL's side on this it would be a new low for this club I can tell you that Brin .

The EFL have left themselves with no wriggle room this season regarding fixtures .

Absolutely brutal schedule , they didn't even have the nous to start the season with the five sub rule .

Both cups should have been cancelled this season along with the Football League Trophy to at least offer up some free dates and a bit of insurance .

Nowt to say the weather won't turn nasty either in the coming weeks and games get postponed .

I bet nobody at the EFL thought of that .

No, they never think. All of the fixture issues could be resolved if they extended the season by another month. Not hard that is it?

Depends on what the deals with broadcasters say. Might be time expired and don’t include rearranged matches

    All about the munny

Yup, said that as well before it all re started.

Plus another local cancellation yesterday with Donny falling foul of Covid.

Best to put a temporary halt until Feb but having said that it'll still be around then so still no guarantee's

Well said Animal, it should be about the players and staffs welfare and I have no doubt the millers would do the same if the roles were reversed. We have known for years that the EFL is not fit for purpose. IMO there should be ex-players on the board and they should encourage ex players to be referees. No guarantee that it would improve things but could it possibly make it worse.
