When the Scotland Bill was wending its way through the Houses of Parliament in 1977 and 1978, Tam Dalyell continually raised the perceived unfairness of Members of Parliament for Scottish constituencies continuing to have the right to vote in Westminster on issues devolved to the mooted Scottish Assembly. This became known popularly as 'The West Lothian Question', Dalyell being the then member representing that constituency.
I suggest we update it to ascertain why rank amateur pretendy ghost clubs from that region are allowed to play in Scotland's top tier without the facilities to ensure that matches can go ahead in the event of mild frost.
