He needs locking up now to protect the nation. The Virginia National Guard are now on the way to support the local law enforcement. The DC National Guard have not responded as they are controlled by the President not the city's Mayor.

He really does need locking up. Just appealed for them to go home but with it another rant about the 'rigged' election.

At least the VP would not do as Trump urged him to, Trump now tweeting that he didn't have the courage (even though it would have been illegal).

Only another couple of weeks to go, but dread to think what might happen.

Meanwhile, there's a pandemic to be faced!

I don't know. As far as I can see the vast majority of them are milling around outside quite peacefully, actually facing away from the police. The ones inside are apparently involved in an armed standoff with police. Would they have been shot if they were black? I don't know. Maybe. The majority of the police are probably Trump supporters, which might affect how they treat other Trump supporters (it shouldn't, I know).
