No --I am deadly serious because I have been involved in State Funerals and you can guarantee that this virus would not stop one taking place, particularly in the case of our longest serving monarch.
This would definitely have an effect on everything because they don't just happen, there is a lot of preparation involved because it has to be correct!

You may not like it because you are anti-monarchist, however, I just look at it from the point of view of how the establishment works and what would be expected, no matter how I feel about the monarchy and the many hangers-on.

It might be,but they would be in right pickle at the moment if anything happened to her or the Duke of Edinburgh.There is sufficient love in the country for the monarchy that they would have to do everything "right" and that would create another massive problem for the authorities in what is an already exceedingly difficult situation.

Perhaps so, however, class distinction comes about because of those at the bottom of the rung, rather than those at the top.
THose at the top don't care what people think, however, it always amuses me how the majority of the lower classes are always striving to get further up the ladder. It really is a funny old world.

Come on BT , in reality you must see a benefit of the royal family ——- it’s funny but all other nationalities want to come and see our heritage and the royal family , yes it costs money , but it also makes an awful lot of money for the country and many people - business in it.
