26 points from our first 12 games when we had Watkins playing up front along with the Hedges/Wright combination and actually playing some football worth watching. Now 13 points from last 10 games when we had three carthorses to choose from up front and playing football just as grim as last season. Looks quite likely that we will have to go the rest of the season with 2 carthorses and no Wright. Given 9 of the last 16 games are against celtic/sevco/hibs/livi, we are well on the way for the worst points total under McInnes. Wonder what his excuse will be this year?

The supposed cost of paying off McInnes in the Summer, assuming he survives that long, is the equivalent of about 2,500 season tickets. Never mind the cost of paying him off, the cost of not paying him off in lost season ticket sales will likely be more expensive.

    C'mon Dave, you know it's a no-brainer

Injuries, same as it is every year and every time he gets a pish result.

Likewise though, it’s a pish excuse.

The way he goes on you’d think injuries were a rare and unusual occurrence in fitba. That’s why you have a squad you fud.

The trouble is the squad as it stands now is also pish and players like McCrorie have regressed badly in recent weeks - getting dragged down to the same level as most of the dross he’s signed.

The excuses are as tedious and boring as the football...

Somebody made the point on the match thread, any post match interview with an Aberdeen manager after Ross County 4 Aberdeen 1 that doesn't contain the word "unacceptable" is unacceptable.

Any AFC manager being interviewed after getting humbled by a bottom of the league Ross ****ing County who doesn’t include “I have a had a long hard think, and this result is so bad I have offered my resignation” is a fraud.
