Out of 4 million U.K. GP appointments this winter 49 people had flu like symptoms.

Suspected flu is accounting for 0.001% of U.K. illnesses this winter.

Across the world seasonal flu cases have dropped by 95%.

I’d like to see the comparison between a bad flu winter deaths and Covid deaths?

I’m not trying to offer a counter argument to how we are doing things but more interested in the statistics?

There’s no doubt Covid is horrible but I’d wager that 70% of those dying would’ve been got by a dose of winter flu.
