The early subbing of O'Shea (brave decision by Sam pity he didn't move him to LB and replace Gibbs) reminded me of Brentford v Albion mid 90's 2nd leg League Cup with Albion 2-1 up from the 1st leg. Albion player got injured early on and was replaced by Brian Quailey. We were truly abject that night and half way thro' the 2nd half we were 3-0 down. Quailey the sub was subbed after playing only 60 mins or so.

Don't think I've seen that before or since unless an injury.

So based on that hour I'd like to add Brian Quailey to the list of 'Worst Albion Player You've seen'

Other thing I remember from that night is meeting 4 young Baggies pre match at a petrol station. They had interrupted their holiday in Cornwall to travel 500 miles round trip to watch that dross. Would have been 3am before they got back to Cornwall.

How about James Quinn? Trade description should have done him for calling himself a striker.
A goal from him was as rare as a pubic hair on a ten year old.

He couldn’t be accused of not trying though Des ( unlike many others! ) Quinny worked his nuts off and was more of a wide player than a striker and played in a poor side.

    Graham Potter FFS 😤😤

Or “Pansy” as my dad called him🤣

Worst player I’d say Neil Parsley as he was less than Sunday League standard, well out his depth even in old Div2. One of many buy cheap buy twice players from the Buckley era

For the money we spent relative to the time Nathan Ellington. Thankfully JP got most of our investment back
