"Ainsley Maitland-Niles has been a victim of his own versatility and what's happened is he wants to play in midfield. He's been having to fill in for Kieran Tierney but it didn't really work. I feel West Brom makes sense as if they end up getting relegated then he wouldn't have to stay there but this way he can still play in his preferred position.
"He'll get minutes, which is what he needs. There was talk a while ago of him going to Wolves last summer and Arsenal didn't let him go. Then, he wasn't playing, so it's important he can now go out and play. He was playing for England and now he's completely out of the fold at Arsenal. I still don't feel he will get picked by England but this will give him a better chance."
