    Every time

A so called top team plays our relegation rivals they capitulate. This isn’t our season. Nothing is working out.

It's not working out for a simple reason - we lack quality in all areas as seen time and time again! Working out for Leeds as consistently they have been excellent with a superb manager and invested well in player recruitment.

Leeds players also look fit - have hunger, desire, determination and fire in their bellies!

You can't really say we have been unlucky. Sheffield Utd should have hammered us and this was one of the worst Wolves performances for three years. Diagne showed in 10 minutes some hunger and desire - so why not the others?

I’m still waiting for the ‘new manager bounce’ something that works at every other clubs bar us. That’s how unlucky we are as baggies fans. We just never also beat teams around us.

We can't keep relying on the so called 'big' clubs beating our close rivals. We have to do something about it ourselves - like winning a few games. Let's face it, all matches don't go to form, sometimes surprises do occur. At this moment in time we just aren't good enough to win games. Unfortunately, I don't see it changing.
Our defending is just not good enough and I'm not just talking about the back four but the fact that the midfield don't give them the support that other teams seem capable of doing. The positional sense of our full backs is also appalling. I don't blame our strikers so much because it must be a thankless task playing up front for West Brom. Also, the strikers that we have got are not traditional strikers
but wide men who would benefit from an old fashioned centre forward to feed off. Hopefully, Diagne will make a difference.

At the end of the day .... it doesn’t matter how our relegation rivals do .... if we can’t string a few wins together ourselves we are doomed .... we now need three wins to make up the gap with 17 games left .... not impossible but would eclipse the “Great Escape”

We all know we should be doing things our end. The point of this post is that when teams like Man U are top of the league and flying, they can’t beat the teams around us. It’s not difficult 😬

We got promoted then signed the on loan players that helped us go up. Unfortunately it didn't cros our management's mind that they were on loan to us for a reson: that being they couldn't cut it in the top flight.
