Anyone who doesn't think we are in relegation fight is deluded, we've been in a relegation fight from day one of the season.
I f ucking hate the January transfer window
we have a squad of players that SHOULD see us safe....but we had a squad of players that should have seen us safe last time we were relegated.
We offer no attacking threat and a squad that is out of balance. I think its unfair to judge people when we are just having to make do with a half finished job! The problems are evident for all to see...poor at set pieces, laboured in switching to attack and no threat going forward.
I reckon survival for us will mean watching a hell of a lot of draws and trying to grind out a1-0 victory against the run of play, here or there...very similiar to how Hamilton have survived the past few seasons. We are in for a tough few months but it is what it is....we need to just try and see this season out! I don't think anyone is happy with the current situation but we need to approach the remainder of the season as a fight for survival. This is really a season that we need to united....its a sh#te situation but we have to pi$$ with the c0ck that we've got!
Its like a pilot saying yeah i looked at both engines (which have both burst into flames and fallen off) but we are still in the air.
Ok in all seriousness we arent down yet and i reserve my right to exaggerate on here (especially about my sister in law) but i am really concerned. Staying up is all that matters - stolen from thearab here is ppg projections for end of season. A couple of wins would be welcome.
St. Johnstone - 2 PPG = 47
Killie - 1.1 PPG = 39
Motherwell - 0.8 PPG = 34
Utd - 0.5 PPG = 34
County - 1.2 PPG = 34
Hamilton - 0.8 PPG = 31
